Abstract: 

The problem of this study is the suitable context and environment for dynamic capabilities. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of similar dynamic capabilities in technological and market environmental dynamics. The company performance viewed as a consequence of dynamic capabilities and the moderator role of environmental dynamics were studied. The population of the research is manufacturing companies quoted in Tehran Stock Exchange. Performance data were gathered from Company’ s financial balance sheet and the other variables from valid and reliable questionnaire (Cronbach's alpha, 93%). Two hypothesis tested dynamic capabilities impact on performance as well as the moderator of environmental dynamics on dynamic capabilities and performance relationship. The results show that environmental dynamics has positive moderating effect in dynamic capabilities and company’ s performance relationship. Also the relationship between dynamic capabilities and performance is not significant in static environments, but significant in dynamic and relatively dynamic environment.

Abstract: 

CONSIDERING THE IMPORTANT ROLE OF TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITY IN ECONOMIC GROWTH AND INCREASE IN THE WELFARE OF THE COUNTRIES, THE ISSUE OF TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITY MONITORING HAS GAINED GREAT IMPORTANCE IN RECENT YEARS. SO FAR, VARIOUS INTERNATIONAL MODELS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED AND INTRODUCED IN RELATION TO TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITY EVALUATION. REGARDING THE INNATE CHARACTERISTICS OF COMPOSITE INDEXES WHICH INVOLVE SOME DEFICIENCIES; USING THE EXPERIENCES OF INTERNATIONALLY ACCREDITED MODELS, IT IS TRIED IN THIS STUDY TO INTRODUCE A NEW COMPOSITE INDEX FOR TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITY MONITORING IN ORDER TO BETTER EVALUATE THE TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITIES OF COUNTRIES FROM VARIOUS ASPECTS. ALSO, IT IS TRIED THROUGH PROVISION OF THE LOGICAL WEIGHTS RESULTING FROM THE APPLICATION OF FACTOR ANALYSIS TO DESIGN A MORE PRACTICAL INDEX FOR VARIOUS COUNTRIES, PARTICULARLY, THOSE DEVELOPING COUNTRIES SUFFERING FROM IMBALANCED DEVELOPMENT. IN THIS STUDY, 17 INDICATORS WERE SELECTED ON THE BASIS OF A SPECIFIC PROCESS FROM AMONG 37 INTERNATIONALLY IMPORTANT INDICATORS REGARDING TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITY. THEN, ON THE BASIS OF FACTOR ANALYSIS OF THE AVAILABLE DATA IN RELATION TO THE SELECTED INDICATORS, THE 17 INDICATORS WERE PLACED IN 3 ASPECTS, AND SPECIFIC WEIGHTS WERE ASSIGNED TO THE ASPECTS AND INDICATORS BY FACTOR ANALYSIS. FINALLY, BASED ON THE COMBINATION OF 17 INDICATORS IN 3 ASPECTS, THE COMPOSITE INDEX OF TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITY MONITORING WAS CREATED. ON THE WHOLE, THE COMPOSITE INDEX OF TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITY MONITORING, ADDS NEW CAPABILITIES BESIDES OTHER INTERNATIONAL INDEXES TO THE ISSUE OF TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITY MONITORING.

Abstract: 

Entrepreneurship is recognized as an essential factor in the enhancement of the economic situation by creating new employment and income opportunities. Technological entrepreneurship has an important role in the process of creating a regional economy. When there are many technological organizations in a country, and the level of technological entrepreneurship is high, it has a positive impact on the country in which the organizations exist. The need for technological entrepreneurship is because technology-based industries are expanding rapidly and are replacing traditional industries. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the design of the technological entrepreneurship capabilities model by considering the sustainable competitive advantage in dairy industries cooperatives in the north of Iran using a structural interpretive approach. This was qualitative research with a meta-analytical approach. The statistical population of this study was 50 theoretical and experimental experts in the field of the dairy industry in Mazandaran and Golestan provinces. The research data collection tool was a purposive interview. Data were analyzed using the Fuzzy Delphi method and fuzzy analytic network process (ANP). The results of technological entrepreneurship capability screening identified 36 indicators and 5 components, and 30 indicators and 4 components, with the name of sustainable competitive advantage, as factors affecting technological entrepreneurship capabilities. Based on these results, it can be claimed that technological entrepreneurship capabilities can be derived from a sustainable competitive advantage in the industry and by creating a suitable environment to strengthen technological entrepreneurship and the economic prosperity of the country.

Abstract: 

Access to space and exploitation from it is achieved through space technological capabilities. The implementation of the first decade space program, the announcement of a comprehensive aerospace development plan and space achievements, represent the country's empowerment in this strategic field. While space development patterns of developing countries are based on learning and technology transfer, but due to the country's specific circumstances, the model of space technologies development and pace capability building does not match them. The unit of scale is aerospace sector and its period before the Islamic Revolution until now. The type of research is applied in order to develop knowledge and in the action aspect is mixed method. After documentary studies and exploratory interviews, qualitative data were collected and analyzed by content analysis and coding. In a quantitative section, a questionnaire was used and descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used. In addition to defining the developmental stages and growth of space capabilities, 61 factors were identified in the form of eight technological capability components Monitoring and paying attention to these factors in the current state of affairs that the spatial sector faces many challenges at the policy level, prioritizing and allocating resources to advance spatial plans can accelerate the acquisition and development of the required technological capabilities.

Abstract: 

Developing new capabilities is a complex process that involves continuous learning of technology and organizational knowledge. In the past, researchers have proposed a learning hierarchy model to explain the development ability of companies in developing countries. It has also been suggested that these companies compete on the basis of the production capabilities of a simple knowledge base. Rough ideas about sequences and steps, especially at the company level, can be misleading. The learning processes that underlie knowledge accumulation and development require technical capabilities as well as organizational knowledge management. An important aspect of this learning involves discarding competencies that may have been useful in previous courses but have not been introduced to new environments. The link between experience and production is still needed but not enough to develop innovative capabilities. Therefore, learning at the company level is neither automatic nor linear, but requires deliberate investment in various learning mechanisms. In the case of biopharmaceutical companies, due to the advanced nature of this type of industry, it was found that companies need a diverse set of learning mechanisms and the performance and implementation of a diverse set of learning processes, plays a key role in the accumulation of technological capabilities. In these industries, companies need a consistent strategy to manage and organize a diverse set of learning processes. The learning process is also affected by the absorber capacity. At the same time, the development of biotechnology is carried out by government-sponsored research and development programs.

Abstract: 

Currently, technological innovation is considered as the most important stimulus of achieving competitive advantage in many different industries. The aim of present paper aims at explaining the model for application of technological innovation capabilities in sustainable transportation. In this descriptive –,survey study, structural equations are used to answer research main and side questions. Required data was collected through questionnaires distributed among 145 individuals (managers, vice presidents, and experts) in 43 transportation companies. Of these, 108 participated in the research. Collected data was analyzed using AMOS. Results demonstrated that capabilities of technological innovation affect the creation of sustainable transportation. According to results, main hypothesis is confirmed,seven of their approved and left over have been rejected. The innovation of this article is that for the first time, the impact of technological innovation capabilities on the creation of sustainable transport were calculated by AMOS software in the transportation system of country. Confirmatory factor analysis results showed that technological innovation capabilities are effective in creating sustainable transport. Fitness indexes also confirm the model. Several guidelines are suggested to systematically monitor technology development in the organization to bring it up to date, transfer and upgrade technical knowledge, establish novel technologies, focus on innovation by improving novel and technological innovations as well as attracting more costumers leading to competitive –,economic advantage, company stability and better performance.

Abstract: 

Considering the increasing importance of complex defense products and systems along with their very different nature with mass production and civil products on one hand, and considering the severe obstacles to international technological collaboration to develop these products and the particular conditions of Iran on the other, Along with mentioning successful examples of the development of such products in the country, led the researchers to provide a framework for analyzing technological capabilities in complex defense products and systems as a tool for policy and planning. The strategy of this research is case-study and also in a stage of research meta-synthesis is used to generate a set of technological capabilities for the development of complex products and systems, and to provide a final model, a case study of one successful case is done studying organizational documents and conducting 30 in-depth interviews. Finally, the resulting framework provides technological capabilities in five strategic, infrastructure, project, process, and product categories along with their criteria, and offers suggestions and examples for analysis. In the results section, there are some operational suggestions for applying the proposed model in organizations and providing recommendations for future studies.

Abstract: 

Geoenergy has a significant effect in optimizing the analysis of mechanical phenomena during drilling, exploration, production and even release of an oil field. Identifying the technological capabilities of geomechanics in Iran's oil and gas industry is effective in improving the exploration and production process. Therefore, the current research has extracted, categorized and interpreted the basic, organizing and inclusive themes using a multi-method qualitative approach (theme analysis and gray Delphi). Therefore, first, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 14 industrial and academic managers and experts, and using the theme analysis approach based on the inductive strategy, technological capabilities in the field of oil and gas geomechanics were identified and categorized into 7 organizing themes and 34 basic themes. . The themes of the organizer include investment capability with 4 basic themes, linking/networking capability with 5 basic themes, learning capability with 6 basic themes, human resources capability with 4 basic themes, management and strategic capability with 7 basic themes, technical and executive capability with 4 themes Basic, complementary capability is formed by 4 basic themes. Then, by doing gray Delphi, these themes were classified into five classes in order of importance. Credibility in senior managers, the existence of a strategic plan and access to sufficient credit resources were of the highest importance.

Abstract: 

The success of Iran's automobile industry depends on the correct understanding of the factors of technological capability and how to improve them. In order to identifying the factors of technological capabilities of Iran automotive industry, it is noticed to the technological capability evaluation models. Based on the experts’ opinions, the technological capability factors were identified in Ramanathan and Panda's model are selected because of their comprehensiveness and compatibility with the automotive industry. preliminary measurement model with 67 indicators is defined. The number of said indicators was reduced to 47 with the opinion of experts and the fuzzy Delphi technique. The questionnaire is defined by 9 factors and 47 indicators. The validity of the questionnaire is confirmed through the calculation of factor loading method and reliability of the questionnaire is also confirmed through the calculation of Cronbach alpha coefficient. Structural equation method (SEM) and partial least squares technique (Smart PLS software) is used to obtain the factors relation model. the overall fit of the model is obtained. The results of the model show that the capabilities of after-sales services, marketing and sales, also part manufacturing has the highest relation, and the capabilities of creativity, innovation, and strategic management are in the next ranks, the capabilities of design and engineering, production, and technology acquisition are in the last ranks.
